Materials: D2, D3, H11, H13, HSS M2, M35, PM-HSS ASP 2030. Hardening in house in a vacuum furnace. Inspection on Accurate Spectra CMM. Bore grinding on Doimak. Spacer lapping on Lapmaster. Standard lead time 4 weeks, regrinds 5 to 7 days. Shear blades up to 6000 mm single piece. Every tool made to drawing or sample. No minimum order.
